WHAT SEPTIC MASTERS COVERS
Contractor warrants that the septic system installed by it will be reasonably free of defects in workmanship or materials within the norms of tolerance in the industry, as defined by SEPTIC MASTERS LLC. Note: Electrical components will be warrantied for 1 year.
WARRANTY STIPULATIONS
This warranty is conditioned on regular maintenance and standard usage of the system by the Owner, including, but not limited to: not planting plants or trees that are not approved on or around the drain field or septic tank and not exceeding the water use or number of users for which the system was designed.
WHAT IS NOT COVERED
This Warranty does not cover, damage caused by plants, plant material, or trees that are located on or near the drainfield and septic tank. This Warranty does not cover damages caused by failure to maintain the system or keep it in good working order. This warranty does not cover or include pumping the septic tank, filter cleaning, line jetting, or any misuse or neglect by the homeowner, including, but not limited to, water use exceeding the permitted gallons per day or number of occupants, nor does it cover any natural settling of the system. Any work performed on the septic system or materials or components added to the septic system by anyone other than SEPTIC MASTERS LLC will void this Warranty.
ADDITIONAL ITEMS
This warranty does not cover consequential damages (the cost of repairing or replacing property other than the septic system or its components that may be damaged). This warranty constitutes the entire integrated agreement as shown above. No oral or unwritten agreements or understanding is included. Payment in full at the time of payment request by SEPTIC MASTERS LLC in required for the warranty to be active and in effect.
